Wow. Let me just give it to you in bullet points:
- our waiter was snobby and hostile from the beginning
- waited 40 minutes for one sushi roll (which was watery and soggy)
- waited nearly an hour for our food (party of two)
- we were one of only two parties in the restaurant
- the other party received their appetizers, entrees, check and left before we even received our food
- we were totally unattended (our drinks were filled only twice in over an hour)
- they did not inform us why our food was taking so long
- the food was bland, tasteless and dry
- the food left us totally unsatisfied
- when i politely and kindly informed the manager that our service was unsatisfactory - no apology was given, he simple told us he would find out why. we never saw the manager again
- we then waited for another significant amount of time where no one spoke to us
- finally our waiter came with the bill and with no apology or explanation rudely said that $4.54 had been deducted off of our more than $40 bill because we apparently, "didn't like it so much"
- when the waiter came to return our check he then condescendingly told us if we're in a hurry we should inform the staff because they like to let people "sit and enjoy" when I pointed out that they didn't seem to do that with the other party he then made excuses and even basically called me a liar
bad food. extremely bad service. i don't think places with such poor consideration for their customers deserve to be patronized.
