before christmas i received some blue benefit mascara as a free gift along with my regular mascara purchase. the lady told me that its good to put on over black mascara and brightens the eyes. i was super skeptical as i have blue eyes and i dont' know about blue on blue but its true! i am in love with it. it definitely makes ones eyes shine.
p.s. i think i might need a four step program to get me off of makeup
